Clients come to me with a variety of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and anger, as well as attachment wounds that impact the quality of their relationships.
I work with people seeking to center wellness in their lives, people navigating life transitions, and people courageously healing from complex trauma.
Sessions are available Wednesday through Saturday, in my Mid-City New Orleans office or via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured treatment designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences. It involves the use of bilateral stimulation (BLS) through guided eye movements, which helps to reprocess distressing memories and reduce the associated emotional charge ("triggers").
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills provide practical techniques clients can use to manage distress and improve interpersonal relationships.A trauma-informed approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) validates the impact of trauma on an individual’s thoughts and behaviors while simultaneously challenging maladaptive coping.

Immigration Evaluations
Asylum | VAWA | Hardship | U-VISA
Throughout United States’ history, new arrivals have too often experienced the triple trauma of immigration: the trauma of leaving one’s country of origin, the trauma of an arduous journey, and the trauma inflicted by a hostile new environment.
Through documentation of these traumas and an in-depth assessment of the impacts to survivors can be crucial in gaining much-needed relief, accessing social services, and preventing family separation. I provide comprehensive, clinical evaluations in a variety of immigration-related matters.
